Marty has been walking with his clients into the Toledo area state and federal courthouses since 1987 after he graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law. Marty also practices extensively in the southern Michigan area state and federal courts.

Marty was born in Toledo, went to St. John's Jesuit High School and the University of Notre Dame. He then came home to go to law school and then practice law with his dad.

Marty practices in all areas of litigation. He uses his decades of trial experience to protect clients charged in criminal cases and those with serious personal injury claims, including wrongful death, car accidents, and medical malpractice matters. Marty actually tries cases when few lawyers will. That makes an enormous difference in the results Marty gets for his clients.

Marty protects people and businesses in white collar criminal investigations and prosecutions, as well as adults and juveniles charged with misdemeanor and felony offenses of every type, including drug offenses and DWI/OVI ("drunk driving") offenses.
